Summary
The De Herberg Foundation would like to get in touch with interested parties for the position of board member, with a focus on Legal Affairs & Subjects.Detailed description
The Herberg (formerly City Pastorate Foundation) in Apeldoorn aims to be present in Apeldoorn in a practical way, based on Christian inspiration, for the benefit of everyone who needs it, in particular homeless people. The foundation has been achieving this goal for over forty years by organizing activities and providing facilities in the De Herberg walk-in center in Apeldoorn at 40 Deventerstraat.
With a view to radical changes in society, the board has recently drawn up the Vision 2025 policy memorandum. This includes a number of innovations in the working method in the coming years. One of those changes concerns the intensification of board members' involvement in De Herberg's work. By thinking more along with and supporting the professionals in a number of specific areas of attention. In that context, it has also been decided to increase the number of board members from five to seven and to further strengthen the board's expertise in the field of legal matters/subjects.
We would like to get in touch with interested parties who want to become a board member with a focus on Legal Affairs & Subjects .
In addition to having an affinity with De Herberg's work, board members are expected to meet about ten times a year and to be actively involved in specific activities. We ask board members to spend an average of 2 hours per week for De Herberg.
