Who are we?

A valuable, warm and indispensable spot in the city center of Apeldoorn is the drop-in center De Herberg, maintained by the City Pastorate. A homely meeting place for people who often do not find the hearing and connection they deserve in everyday life. In De Herberg they receive support with questions of a philosophical and social nature. Not an unnecessary luxury these days. Some of our visitors do not have a house of their own, others do have a house but cannot find a home there.

Activities

The schedule maker draws up the monthly work schedule for the drop-in center together with the coordinators involved. On this schedule, all Samen aan Tafel (SAT) employees and hosts/hostesses will find which shifts they are scheduled for.

As a schedule maker you do the following:

- you draw up a monthly schedule for the services of the hosts/hostesses

- you add the provided schedules of the SAT and Meeting employees

- you keep track of the employability of approximately 40 employees (in Excel)

- you coordinate with the coordinators when drawing up the schedules

We ask

It is useful if you are good at:

- working with excel

- to collaborate

- communicate quickly and easily (by telephone and email)

We offer

At De Herberg we provide an induction program and coordination with colleagues in a monthly employee meeting. In addition, you will end up in a great team in which fun and involvement can be experienced.

Time commitment

In the second week of the month you will be available for part of a day to draw up the schedule and coordinate it.

Every month you will receive an occasional email or phone call regarding the schedule.

And there is a monthly employee meeting that you attend.
