Will you be cooking an extra stew for one of your neighbors in the near future?

Home Cooked Foundation connects neighbors in Apeldoorn with each other by means of a freshly cooked meal. This allows neighbors to enjoy a freshly prepared meal from someone from the neighborhood and pleasant social contact. In practice, these are often people who can really use your help. People who become lonely, who can no longer cook for themselves due to old age, illness or a disability, or people who like to have a chat.

We are now looking for hobby cooks from Apeldoorn who would like to bring a hot meal, such as a plate of Dutch pot, fried rice or spaghetti to a neighbor once or twice a week in the near future. You cook for yourself at home and bring (for a fee of the cost price, between €3 and €6,-) an extra portion to a regular neighbor.

The Home Cooked Foundation establishes 1 on 1 connections between neighbors for fun, social contact and help with the freshly cooked meal. Home cooking is for everyone! For people whose age or health makes it difficult to put a fresh meal on the table every day, or who would like to get to know someone in the area.

Getting started as a home cook? Then you cook a fresh meal every week for someone in your area, against payment of the cost price (an amount between 3-6 euros). Tip: Indicate in your profile what kind of meals you like to cook, this will help you find a suitable match. Enthusiastic?
