Stimenz is a social work organization for Apeldoorn and the Veluwe. In Apeldoorn our assignment includes broad social work and in the Veluwe we offer social work and social legal services. Citizens in our area can rely on the commitment and involvement of Stimenz's 180 employees and approximately 900 volunteers. Together we work on increasing well-being, citizen and neighborhood strength. We do this, among other things, by establishing social connections in districts, neighborhoods and villages, tackling individual issues through social work and, where possible, deploying collective solutions and translating signals into new initiatives. We do this together with volunteers and active citizens on the basis of reciprocity and involvement.

Due to the many food bank requests we receive weekly, we are looking for 4 volunteers. You will be deployed for 1 or 2 hours a week, during the office hours of CentenKwesties (this in consultation).
The locations are Don Bosco and Coda Dok Zuid.

The applications come in via, for example, external organizations (including budget management, administration, municipality), via CentenKwesties, a private application at Stimenz or referral from Social Work.

We offer a very nice voluntary position, where you have a lot of contact with residents and external parties. Each new application or extension must be handled individually. This is done according to an Excel form, which has been drawn up from the food bank.
It is important to deal professionally with the information you receive from the resident or agency.
