The Apeldoorn Food Bank Foundation is looking for a volunteer for the position of:

Assistant coordinator

Food Bank Apeldoorn is an independent foundation and works exclusively with volunteers.

We provide a food package to people in our municipality who live below the poverty line.

Job description: You are responsible for the coordination between logistics, client affairs, suppliers and issues. You are also the point of contact for volunteers, coordinators, private individuals and the external parties with which the Food Bank collaborates.

As an assistant coordinator you have the following skills:

•You are communicative.

•You want to inform yourself about all aspects that are important to ensure food safety and be prepared to take a course for this.

•You provide inspiring and motivating leadership and are socially involved.

•You have problem-solving skills.

•You have a flexible attitude.

• You can work well with the coordinator and the volunteers. In the absence of the coordinator, you take over certain tasks and coordinate with the treasurer and board where necessary.

Time commitment:

You are available at least 8-12 hours per week, especially on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. (In the absence of the coordinator, if necessary, a few more hours.) Interested?
