How do you make recruiting and retaining your volunteers a success? What do you include in your volunteer policy? What benefits does volunteer work bring to the person, the association/foundation and society? During this training, matters regarding guiding and dealing with volunteers, policy from the board and drawing up an annual plan regarding volunteer policy are discussed.
Dirk de Bruin, director of Gigant and Marjolein Rietveld, producer at NJON, are present from the cultural sector. They are happy to share their experience in volunteer policy during the training.
About the trainer
Rianne Burgers has many years of experience as Volunteer Work Coordinator at Atlant Zorggroep and in that role is also involved in national initiatives in the field of volunteer work.

The training consists of two evenings and will take place on Monday, October 2 and Monday, October 16 from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, with registration from 7:15 PM.
