Treasurer energy cooperative deA

deA is an active and growing energy cooperative. Saving energy, generating energy yourself at home, or in a project together in the neighbourhood: together we make it possible. The board of deA consists of 7 persons.

We currently have a vacancy for Treasurer. A challenging position for someone with financial affinity. You really don't have to be a financial specialist to fulfill this role within the board. The executive tasks are mainly assigned to other persons within the work organization of theA. The tasks of the treasurer are primarily aimed at (partly) drawing up the budget, monitoring financial progress and taking care of the annual accounts. In addition, the treasurer is expected to actively contribute to the preparation of the business case for a new project.

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a financially healthy organization and who wants to help shape the further development and intended growth of our energy cooperative. Your own relevant network is of course more than welcome and financial knowledge and experience are certainly desirable.

The time required for these volunteer positions is on average one half day per week. However, this can vary over the months and also depends on your own input.

Within deA you can work effectively for a better and sustainable future, but the main thing is that the work and the contacts should also be fun and really give you energy.
