Who are we?

deA is the local energy cooperative of and for residents and companies in the municipality of Apeldoorn. Together we will make Apeldoorn fossil-free. More and more people are participating in a way that suits them.

What are you going to do?


chairman
• As chairman, you are the face of Coöperatie deA.
• You represent the cooperative to the outside world (representation).
• You ensure the connection within the board, within the cooperative and with the members, with the energy company.
• You coordinate the activities of the board.

board member
• You follow the focus area of your own portfolio and you work this out for the A.
• You make your own contribution to this and you involve and coordinate others in the cooperative and
the energy company.
• Where useful or necessary, you form working groups or member activities for your area of interest.
• You participate in board meetings; together with the other drivers you come to
conclusions and decisions.

What are you taking with you?

• Commitment.
• Commitment and enthusiasm.
• Affinity and expertise for managing a (cooperative) association.
• Enough time; an average of one half day per week, slightly more for the chairman.
• It is a plus if you also have experience with sustainable development
energy or with a young organization.

What do we offer

• A team of enthusiastic people from an organization with an inspiring goal.
• An open way of working with plenty of room for initiative.
• Directors work unpaid, but there is a good expense allowance.
