Who is Charlie?
Charlie is a 65-year-old man with a mild intellectual disability. He has a developmental age of about 5 to 8 years. He understands many words, but long sentences are sometimes difficult. He likes to read, such as reading flyers and books; especially textbooks. He also likes watching movies, walking, cycling, dancing, going to shows and learning new things. Charlie is good at topography and learning. He needs clear instructions to get through the day. Charlie has autism and OCD.
What is Charlie asking?
Charlie is looking for a volunteer who wants to discover the world with him. Learning new things, reading together, cycling and going out to escape the crowds for a while. It would be nice if his volunteer also has the same passion for literature or topography. The volunteer must be clear to him and give him frameworks. His supervisors are ready to provide tools and to tell you about his autism and compulsive disorder. He is available on Monday afternoon, Tuesday evening, Wednesday evening, Thursday afternoon and evening, Friday afternoon and weekends. The frequency is in consultation.

just having a good conversation over a cup of coffee.
