An association cannot function without good bar planning. Our bar is used daily. The bar is staffed by members of TV VEGO.Detailed description
Working as a bartender is part of membership at our club. It is your job to ensure that the bar is optimally occupied.
You are responsible for the planning of the bar. One week you might spend 1 hour on this, the next week it might take 2 hours. This depends on the season. The busier period starts in spring May and lasts until about October. (summer holidays excluded) During this period, the competition and various tournaments that we organize at our park, among other things, start in full swing. We have an annual overview for all our activities in which all activities are included.
To ensure that everyone can enjoy our clubhouse, terrace and bar facilities, optimal occupancy is required.
As a planner you are part of the bar team, your fellow volunteers in this team have other tasks in the package. One does the purchasing, places orders, manages the cash register, etc. etc. Together with the team you are responsible for running the entire bar.
We are looking for someone who;
- is proactive and thinks in solutions
- maintains an overview, such as the activities at our park
- directs and is in control of the bar occupancy
- is useful with a digital planning environment
- has good communication skills, both written and oral
- but above all you are enthusiastic and energetic

FACILITIES
The association has six illuminated Smashcourt courts and clubhouse accommodation with changing rooms. Thanks to the construction of the Smashcourt courts, tennis can be played all year round. TV VEGO is the only tennis club in Gelderland where the clay courts have been replaced by these tennis force courts. The advantage of this type of course is that water is drained very quickly, it has the playing properties of clay and can still be played all year round. At TV VEGO you can play tennis 12 months a year!
SMASH COURT
Six courts are equipped with "SmashCourt". Smashcourt is a surface for tennis courts that is very similar to artificial grass in terms of playing properties, but resembles clay in color and appearance. Smashcourt is more resistant to weather conditions than gravel, especially if this court is also constructed on a lava surface, and can therefore be played all year round. Smashcourt belongs to the category 'Red sand artificial grass courts'.
