On Monday afternoons once every 14 days (odd weeks) the residents come to the Grand Café to move more. Volunteers receive training from an employee and after this training they start working independently with the group. There are already volunteers active in this sporting activity but an extra volunteer is needed so that the team can become a bit bigger and people can also have some time off. The residents are enthusiastic and like to participate. We do the moving sitting on the chair or standing behind the chair. Small movements that can become a bit bigger if done more often.
Important, for this activity is that you can move in a cheerful way. This requires some creativity, some courage to also demonstrate an exercise. But you also need to have the art of seduction to let people participate.
