On Monday afternoon, once every 14 days (odd weeks), residents come to the Grand Café to get more exercise. Volunteers receive training from an employee and after this training they work independently with the group. There are already volunteers active in this sporting activity, but an additional volunteer is needed so that the team can be larger and people can also have some time off. The residents are enthusiastic and happy to participate. We do the movement while sitting on the chair or standing behind the chair. Small movements that may become slightly larger if you do them more often.
It is important for this activity that you can move in a cheerful way. This requires some creativity, some courage to demonstrate an exercise. But you also have to have the art of seduction to get people to join in.
