Small-scale Living Berkenhove is looking for volunteers who can bring attention and conviviality to the residents in the living room between 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM.Detailed description
Small-scale living, residents with dementia live there. They live here in small living groups of 6 residents. There is a permanent team of experienced employees.
Together they do the things you normally do at home. Watching the news, playing a game, washing dishes, drinking coffee, or watching TV. Sometimes family comes to visit.
It would be very nice if there were volunteers who could do something in the early evening at these three residential groups. Then there would be extra attention for the residents and something to experience. If you know the group a little, you can also come up with an idea yourself and possibly do it with the residents. If you can sing well or like to read, then that is also something to try.
You can indicate in consultation which evening suits you best.
