FURTHER DESCRIPTION
We are looking for volunteers for our home shop in De Loohof at Koning Lodewijklaan 2, which is open 3 mornings a week from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Every day there are 2 volunteers in the shop who help residents do their daily shopping. We are currently looking for 1 volunteer for Monday morning.
Activities include packing bags that go upstairs to the residents and helping residents with the groceries they come to do. Contact with the residents is part of being in the store. Just a listening ear. Choose something delicious together, or if the resident has wishes, see whether that can also be included in the order. In short, attention is paramount.
The work starts around 9:00 am.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
If you do volunteer work at Atlant, you are third party insured and you are entitled to an expense reimbursement based on public transport or 0.19 euro cents per km for commuting.
