Do you have good communication skills, do you like networking and do you speak the language of large companies? Do you like to manage a volunteer team and together ensure that there is more budget so that we can do even more for incubator children and their parents?
Then we are looking for you!
Care4Neo is professionalizing more and more and the projects that are being worked on are increasing. So there is a need for additional income. We will initially focus on sponsoring from large companies and fundraising.
We therefore want to set up a working group to shape this. It is a challenge to set up sponsorship and fundraising together with the chairman of Care4Neo.
Tasks:
• You set up the working group together with the chairman of Care4Neo
• You manage the working group of about 2-8 volunteers
• You proactively think along with the design of the working group and take initiative
• You coordinate with the team and delegate tasks where necessary
• You meet (online) with the working group at least once a quarter
• You provide minutes (or have them made), so that it is clear which projects are ongoing. You will have close contact with the chairman of Care4Neo, who is responsible for this.
You have:
• A positive attitude
• Good communication
• Proactive attitude
• Knowledge or affinity around sponsor and fundraising
• Good networker / connector
• Time commitment: on average about 1 hour per week
• Pre: experience with coordinating and working with volunteers
