Summary

Alzheimer Nederland is looking for a volunteer for the Dementia-friendly Woudhuis/Osseveld working group.

Detailed description

An estimated 290,000 people live with dementia in the Netherlands. Because we are getting older, that number will increase to more than half a million by 2040. That is why we are actively working on a dementia-friendly society. And we can't do that without you!

Are you looking for meaningful volunteer work? Do you have a warm heart for people with dementia? Do you like developing and thinking along? Do you have 4 hours per month?

Then we are looking for you for the Dementia-friendly Woudhuis/Osseveld working group.

What are you going to do:

You will become an important part of the working group, because you come from the neighborhood and know how the neighborhood works. The working group devises and undertakes activities and initiatives with the aim of making the neighborhood dementia-friendly. A nice meeting at the Bolwerk? Manning a stall at the market? Everything is possible. You decide what you like to do!

Will you help?

Information about this fun job can be obtained from:

Henk Aartsen via: [email protected]

You will be registered as a volunteer with Alzheimer Nederland.

Then you are insured and you can follow training through Alzheimer Nederland, among other things.
