Who are we?
DE STUT is an intercultural social work organization that provides guidance, coaching, support and advice to the family system and individuals. (child, youth, adults and the elderly). We provide outpatient assistance, mainly to refugees, migrants, asylum seekers and newcomers in different age categories.
Together with Rana we are looking for a volunteer job as a telephone receptionist.

- Responsible for answering all incoming telephone traffic correctly and adequately
- Speak to customers in Dutch, English and Arabic Arabisch
- Providing requested information to customers
- Transferring customers to the right department/persons
- Customer-oriented and accurate work
- Light administrative work

Professional Skills
- I speak and write excellently in English, Arabic and I am good at oral and written communication in Dutch.
- I did a course telephone operator-receptionist at Fabius training
- I have university degree, English literature from Damascus university
- I have experience in a similar role
- I like calling and customer contact and I have a nice telephone voice;
- I am available flexibly during office hours.
