Minute taker wanted for taking minutes of the board meeting of Hospice Apeldoorn 5 times a year.

Detailed description

Minutes of the board meeting of Hospice Apeldoorn

The board of Hospice Apeldoorn meets five times a year at the location on the Polkastraat. For the role of note-taker, you are responsible for recording the points for discussion. You record the agreements made in the action or decision list. In addition to a fixed agenda, you will receive the discussion points from the chairman. You send the agenda and other documents with an invitation to the board members. The meeting takes place on Tuesday evenings between 19.30 and 22.00. Working out the report takes a maximum of a few hours. You then ensure that all interested parties have the minutes and the action and decision list in their possession as soon as possible so that they can return their comments and comments to you. You will process the changes in the draft version, which will be approved in the next meeting.
