You spend a year together with young people between the ages of 12 and 25. You do fun things together, have conversations and sometimes help with homework.Detailed description
There are many reasons why young people could use a buddy: loneliness, difficulty making contact with others, a difficult home situation, problems with school motivation or friends. Even if you are new to the Netherlands and would like to get to know the area, a buddy can be a good addition to your integration process. Whatever the reason, everyone needs temporary support. Characteristic of buddy contact is equality, conviviality, accessibility and trust.
