Active centipede

For one of our homes we are looking for a volunteer who will visit the clients on a Friday part of the day (morning or afternoon) per week or every 2 weeks.

You literally meet the clients at the kitchen table. You automatically see who is coming and what the clients feel like, for example a conversation, a game, a walk or on the road with one client for a trip. No part of the day is the same and the change in clients present is also different each time.

This is you

You are open to life. You are social and flexible and like to 'just' let what happens happen, without immediately having a fixed idea of what the part of the day will be like. You can respond to the needs of the client(s) on the spot.

You can empathize with others without judgment. You are reliable and you are able to establish a nice contact with our client. You know how to activate and enthuse our clients in a natural way. If necessary, you can also be clear and indicate your limits.

You are available on Friday, preferably one part of the day per week (2 to 4 hours). Possession of a driver's license and / or car is an advantage.

Where do we go from here

After your application, you will have an introductory meeting where we would like to hear from you who you are, what your hobbies are and what makes you happy. When we think we can do something for each other, we schedule a meeting with your regular contact person who works at the house in question.

We ensure that you can perform your volunteer work well and we offer:
