The Veldhuis location is a nursing home, where residents still live independently but are dependent on care.
As a visiting volunteer you will be paired with a resident who you visit weekly. You coordinate this with the resident. There are residents who need a nice chat, drink a cup of coffee together, play a game, take a walk or get some groceries.
Time: This is flexible and in consultation with the resident.

We are happy to have you as a volunteer and would like to show our appreciation through our attention policy. You will receive guidance and can participate in workshops to develop new skills.
As a volunteer you are insured (third party liability and accidents) and we apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
