Summary

We're looking for a volunteer who enjoys classical music and is computer literate and can click the links to find the right piece.

Detailed description

The Veldhuis location is a nursing home, where residents live independently but are dependent on care.

Every week, a large group of residents listens to a program of classical music created especially for them. We don't just listen; we also watch the videos. A volunteer operates the computer and ensures the right piece starts at the right time. This activity takes place every Thursday morning.

At KleinGeluk, we never miss an opportunity to promote the well-being of seniors. As a volunteer, you're invaluable to us! Sharing small moments of happiness together makes people feel valued. That's what we do it for.

We offer guidance and, if needed, you can participate in workshops to develop new skills. You can start working for just a few hours a month.

Good to know: as a volunteer you are insured (third party liability and accident insurance) and before starting work we request a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).

Interested or want to have a cup of coffee with one of our volunteer and welfare coordinators? Call our helpline at 0800-0604 or email [email protected]
