Would you also like to harvest sometime, but you don't know exactly what we do? Then this day is for you!
This day is slightly different from a normal harvest day. We start the day with a short presentation about More Trees Now. What do we actually do, why and how can you help?
After the presentation we go outside to learn how to recognize seedlings and you get an explanation about harvesting. Afterwards we will of course actually start harvesting. After this day you will be completely familiar with the method and hopefully full of enthusiasm about the campaign ;-).
The day is mainly intended for new tree rescuers.
The schedule for the day will look like this:
9:30am - Gathering
10:00am - Presentation and questioning
11:00 am - Break
11:30am - Recognize and learn how to harvest seedlings
12:30 pm - Break
13:30 - East and sorting and bundling
3:00 pm - Wrap up
Coffee/tea and snacks are provided. Lunch will also be provided. So you don't have to think about anything ;-).
Landalpark Heideheuvel is very suitable for this day as we can harvest a nice number of seedlings. The park is beautiful and quiet, so it will be a wonderful day in nature.
