Main task
The Management & Accommodation board member is responsible for organizing, (maintaining and managing) the Voorwaarts sports park.
· is primarily responsible for the accommodation policy within the association;
· represents the Management & Accommodation portfolio within the General Board;
· is responsible for organizing the maintenance and management of the park and the buildings;
· is responsible for complying with the safety requirements and permits of fields and buildings;
· is responsible for managing the park manager;
· coordinates and evaluates the accommodation policy;
· monitors the budget together with the treasurer;
· ensures compliance with laws and regulations regarding accommodation matters;
· maintains contact with the municipality/parties about accommodation matters;
· chairs meetings of the room consultation;
draws up an annual plan for maintenance and ensures implementation;
· indicates wishes/problems about the accommodation to the board and provides feedback

BOARD MEMBER MANAGEMENT & ACCOMMODATION
We are looking for a board member Management & Accommodation. An important role within our association with the care to keep our park on the Voorwaarts beautiful and up-to-date. In this role you have an affinity with maintenance and management of buildings and sports infrastructure facilities. You have a broad knowledge and experience in this field. In addition, you are able to make and maintain contacts at various levels, both internally and externally. You therefore have good communication and negotiation skills to ensure that everyone understands what is needed. You also do this by giving solicited and unsolicited advice within the association.
