Summary

Would you like to take care of the meetings of a section on Saturdays as a leader and thus supervise a fantastic Saturday for our groups?

Detailed description

As leaders we meet every Saturday or Friday and you guide the children in their play together with other leaders. This can be in the morning, afternoon or evening. We have different branches in which children from one age group play their game.

  • Beavers (4.5 - 7 years)

At the Beavers, the emphasis is on playing and learning in nature. They play fun games with other children in a safe environment. Together with your team, you come up with the activities. The Beavers meet every Saturday from 10 to 12 o'clock.

  • Cubs (7 - 11 years)

In the middle of the forest you will be busy with sports, crafts, puzzles, a fun treasure hunt and all kinds of other special and unique activities together with the cubs. Together with your team you will think of the activities and go on (weekend) camp. The cubs have a meeting every Saturday from 10 to 12 o'clock.

  • Scouts (11 - 15 years)

The scouts will be busy with pioneering, route techniques, making fire, and various games. They will have weekend camps, participate in regional Scouting competitions and at the end of the season they will have their highlight of the year, they will go camping for a week on a label terrain in the Netherlands. The scouts will meet every Saturday afternoon from 14:00 to 16:15.

  • Explorers (15 - 18 years)

What are the explorers going to do? They can decide for themselves. As a supervisor, you supervise the children, they can decide and carry out their own meetings. For example, they organize their own summer camp that goes abroad, they organize their own weekend camps and there are activities such as anti-unpacking, treasure hunts, and other (forest) games. Explorers have a meeting every Friday evening from 19:30 - 21:30.

In addition to the meetings that you have as a leader, we also come together and do various fun group activities with each other or with the entire group, such as a group camp or a joint BBQ and team building activities. Fun is our top priority!

Are you interested in becoming a leader in our group? Send us a message if you have any questions and/or if you want to come and have a look to get a taste of the atmosphere. If you don't have any scouting experience yet, no problem, we will teach you. We find it especially important that you have an affinity with children and enjoy working in a team. We hope to hear from you.
