FunFit is a multi-sport moment for people with a mild intellectual disability on Wednesday afternoons from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.Detailed description
The people who exercise here, exercise under the supervision of a permanent trainer who has sports experience and experience in the field with this target group. The age of the target group is 18+. To support the trainer, we are looking for 1 or 2 volunteers who can help him get participants moving/exercising with the participants. In addition, once a month we focus on themes around healthy lifestyle.
