The Guitart Foundation has opted for a small and 'hands-on' board consisting of the chairman, treasurer and secretary (vacancy).Detailed description
The secretary function is one of the three pillars of the foundation. The secretary is sometimes characterized as the 'memory' of the foundation. The secretary is the writer and publicist of the board and therefore of the foundation. His or her duties are:
- Writing letters and other documents on behalf of the foundation/board;
- Archiving letters received and keeping copies of letters sent;
- Making reports and minutes of the various meetings and consultations such as the volunteer meetings, project and board meetings, etc.;
- Support of the chairman, the board and committees;
- Keeping track of volunteer information and organization;
- Publication and media portfolio.

Guitart Foundation.
Due to the interest and need to make music together, the Guitart Foundation was founded in 2020 and has quickly grown into a busy cultural and artistic location in Apeldoorn. The location now has four practice rooms with a full backline and an amateur studio. In addition, the musicians regularly perform in the outdoor area of Apeldoorn or on (small) local stages.
Novice musicians, amateurs, semi-professional and professional bands, singing groups, choirs and music teachers, know where to find the Guitart Foundation. But children, music teachers and young people who want to do something culturally or musically have also shown interest.
