Summary

Help another volunteer with the shopping for the world kitchen. This by driving back and forth with the car.

Detailed description

Do you like shopping and do you have a car?

Then we are looking for you!

For our cozy and well-attended World Meals on Friday, we are looking for a volunteer who would like to take care of the groceries together with the volunteer cook of that day. The cook knows what needs to be bought, but does not have a car himself. For that we need your help.

Preparations start at around 14:30, so the shopping must be done before that time. This means that we do the shopping between 13:00 and 14:00. Of course, you will be reimbursed for the kilometers on our behalf. We are looking for 2 volunteers for this so that you can also coordinate with each other and do not necessarily have to drive every week.

If you happen to want to join us for dinner that evening, you can of course join us as a volunteer for free.

About Stimenz Zuidwest

Stimenz is an organization for social work for Apeldoorn and the Veluwe. In Apeldoorn our assignment includes broad social work and in the Veluwe we offer social work and social legal services. Citizens in our work area can rely on the efforts and involvement of Stimenz's 180 employees and approximately 900 volunteers. Together we work to increase well-being, citizen and neighborhood strength. We do this, among other things, by creating social connections in districts, neighborhoods and villages, tackling individual issues through social work and, where possible, deploying collective solutions and translating signals into new initiatives. We do this together with volunteers and active citizens based on reciprocity and involvement.
