Controlling is fun! Become a member of our core group.
As Administrative Academy Apeldoorn we have two core tasks:
1. Offering meetings: training, specials and an inspiration evening.
The aim of this is to support high-quality volunteer directors in Apeldoorn.
2. Positive profiling of voluntary board work.
The aim of this is to keep/make voluntary board work attractive.
The core group would like to expand with additional members who have ties with and a network in volunteer life in Apeldoorn. In the core group you are concerned with the two core tasks of the Directors Academy. Translated into practice you can think of; 'Which themes are current among associations/foundations, how can we support directors in this and how does a director want to be informed?' The core group is a kind of think tank of committed people from Apeldoorn. They also help with our events such as the inspiration day.
The benefits for you:
- develop yourself in the field of management and expand your network in the municipality of Apeldoorn
- are of significance for volunteer directors
- a summer drink with the core group and once a year a pleasant meeting with our volunteer trainers
Our aim is to have representation from all sectors in our core group, and that is currently not the case. That is why we are particularly looking for someone who is known in one of these sectors: Healthcare, Nature, Environment or Animals . As a member of the core group, we ask that you attend the core group meeting at least six times a year (max. 1.5 hours each time).
Depending on your participation in a working group, for example the PR & communications working group (focused on the two core tasks), it may also require an average commitment of 4 hours per month.
