Powerful Management Training

As a director of an association or foundation, you have quite a lot to deal with. In addition to the practical everyday matters, you also want to make and keep your organization future-proof. In the 'Powerful Management' training you will learn the ins and outs of strengthening your board and foundation or association. You will learn how to be the basis for supported change and the further development of your board.

During this interactive, inspiring evening you will gain insight into your personal management style and learn to use it more effectively. Attention is paid to personal leadership, change strategies, undercurrents, communication and group dynamics. Various instruments and resources are discussed and practiced that you use to achieve improvement. Practical examples are discussed with each other in a safe and pleasant learning environment.

About the trainer

The training is given by Frank Hoes, an expert in the field of managing associations and foundations. He has been providing training, workshops and advice to directors and boards for 20 years in the field of organizational strength, strategy and policy, financial management, management style and organizational development.
