Summary
Volunteers are worth their weight in gold! But is everything well arranged for them in your organization? Check the Metric and discover how these sessions can support you.Detailed description
The outcome of the Metric will determine whether you want to participate in these sessions. On this evening we will look at what still deserves attention when working with volunteers. You have often already arranged many things well, but what could be improved? What do you still want to work on? By completing the Metric, you will gain insight into your volunteer policy and see what can still be improved. Our trainer Rianne Burgers will help you get everything in order. Marjolein Rietveld also shares her experiences about working with volunteers. Marjolein is Office Manager and Accountant at the NJON, and in her position, contact person for the volunteers.
This tailor-made session is tailored to what the participants need. We use the answers to the Measurement Rod to shape the evenings. Your question may already be answered during the first evening, in which case participation in the second evening is not necessary (but is of course allowed).
