deA is an active, enthusiastic cooperative that is committed to a sustainable Apeldoorn, without a profit motive. The Cooperative Council (CR) of the A provides solicited and unsolicited advice to the board by checking the annual accounts (in particular the annual plan, budget, annual accounts and annual report). The Cooperative Council does meet several times in the spring and autumn and we consult with the board.
Time use
The Cooperative Council currently consists of 4 people. We are looking for reinforcements to fulfill our tasks properly. The time commitment is approximately 20 hours per year, divided over approximately 4 to 5 meetings per year.
you have experience
We are looking for a person with a financial background. You have experience with reading and checking financial statements and are able to ask clarification questions or make suggestions for improvement where necessary.
In addition, you have
- affinity with (local) sustainable energy; and
- Are you a strong communicator, connecting and enthusiastic?
