Summary

Kevin wants to go to Menorah Church, but can't do it alone

Detailed description

Who is Kevin?

Kevin is a friendly and social boy of 18 years old with a mild intellectual disability. He lives in a residential group at the residential care park of 's Heeren Loo where he receives 24-hour care. He likes to do crafts, be creative, cook, make music and faith is very important to him. Once every 2 weeks he likes to go to the church service of the Menorah church on the Paslaan in Apeldoorn. He cannot travel there independently. Kevin is mobile. During the week he works in the bakery of 's Heeren Loo. Because Kevin is verbally strong, he is sometimes overestimated. Social-emotionally he is 3 years old. That is why he needs guidance.

What is Kevin asking?

For Kevin we are looking for a man who, like him, likes to joke, can set limits for him if necessary and keeps to the agreements made. Someone who can pick him up from his living group once every 2 weeks or once a month at 9:15 and take him to the Menorah church on Paslaan. The service is from 10:00-11:15, after which he has to be taken back to the living group. It would be best if you come to the service, but people who want to drive alone can also respond. Kevin is a fun, social boy and will be very grateful for the few hours a month!
