Summary

Denise has a mild intellectual disability and would like to walk with someone, catch Pokémons, walk with your dog or go somewhere where it is cozy.

Detailed description

Who is Denise?

Denise is a cheerful 34-year-old woman with a mild intellectual disability and autism. She likes to chat and is easy to talk to. She is very enthusiastic if you are going to do something 1 on 1 with her. She has a 45 km car, which makes her very mobile. She expresses her gratitude and also likes to think of activities to do herself. Because of her autism she needs clarity and boundaries. She may panic if things are not clear to her. The volunteer receives tools from her guidance to deal with this.

What is Denise asking?

Denise is looking for a volunteer, man/woman or age does not matter. She finds it important to have someone who is nice to chat and is cheerful. Someone who sets boundaries and says what he does and does what he says. It would be nice if the volunteer has a dog and/or wants to catch Pokémons with her. She also likes to walk on, for example, the Leesten or Berg en Bos. Together we go to the city for a drink on the terrace. For Denise it is important that she moves more, so cycling together is also an option.

She would like to do this on weekends when she is not with her mother, on Wednesdays when she has a day off, or in the evening.
